St. Gregory of Nyssa Church is located about two miles from the Beltsville exit of Route I-95 (Exit 29A), just north of the Washington Beltway.
The realignment of Old Gunpowder Road has finally taken place. To get St. Gregory of Nyssa from the new Old Gunpowder Road, turn on Sinope Rd (a right turn coming from Beltsville/Powder Mill, a left from Laurel/Rte. 198), proceed to the end and turn left on Old Gunpowder Road Spur. St. Gregory of Nyssa Church will be on the left.
