Welcome To
St. Gregory of Nyssa

St. Gregory of Nyssa Byzantine Catholic Church is the parish church of Washington. We are a church of the Eparchy of Passaic in the Byzantine Ruthenian Catholic Metropolia of Pittsburgh. If you are new to the area and are looking for a church, or are just visiting the Nation's Capital we invite you to join us in praise of our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ and to celebrate His presence among us.

Join us on this Saturday, November 5, 2011, for our annual Slavic food festival from 10am to 3pm.  Enjoy a wide array of Slavic foods such as pirohi, kielbasi, holupki, and much much more.  While enjoying the great food you can enter the raffle for your chance to win the top prize of $500.  There will also be hourly drawings for door prizes.  Full details are available from our flyer, located here.
